The Villainess' Reborn Diary Chapter 340 The Son He Never Noticed "Oh..." Kieran turned his head away. "So Sean's your son, huh." "You-" Griffin choked on his own words, speechless. គ 51 Finished Of course Sean wasn't his son, so it made perfect sense that he didn't know his class. But the brat sitting across from him right now actually was his own flesh and blood. Not knowing anything about him really was on him. He understood that much perfectly well in his head, but Griffin had always been the type to suffer in silence rather than lose face.

Admitting he was wrong wasn't exactly in his nature. Watching the mood in the car turn funeral-grim, Corwin thought about his fat year-end bonus and panicked at the thought of his boss dropping dead from sheer stress. He blurted, "Boss, I need to report something!" The line barely managed to crack the tension in the car open a sliver. Griffin let out a slow breath, closed his eyes. "Go on." Corwin cleared his throat, dead serious. "I have strong reason to believe the Vane heiress has a thing for me." The car plunged into an even deeper silence. Griffin, startled.

"Which Vane heiress?" The one who'd been staring out the window this whole time finally looked over too. "The one we were just talking about," Corwin said. "The stunning one- Miss Seren Vane, the one Sean and that Sheldon kid got into a fight over." Kieran had nothing to say to that. Griffin was even more floored than Kieran, needing a few silent seconds before he found his voice. "Are you sure?" Even as he asked, a faint thrill of satisfaction was building underneath. If that idiot Vane's daughter had actually fallen for Corwin, that basically made her half his daughter-in-law.

Wouldn't that just eat that Vane idiot alive? The thought put him in such a good mood he 1/3 14:11 Tue, Oct 6 Chapter 340 The Son He Never Noticed nearly grabbed a megaphone and announced it to the whole ballroom. Vane's face would've been a sight to see. "...Pretty sure..." Corwin said, hesitant. Kieran asked, tone even.

"What makes you think that?" 51 Finished - she was Corwin, flushing, said, "When I ran into her by the restroom, she kept staring at me - still staring on her way out, almost walked straight into a wall." Griffin clicked his tongue, impressed, and had just opened his mouth to say something when he heard his own son cut in, voice dry as dust. "Probably because she's never seen anyone that dumb before." It was blatantly, obviously jealousy talking - and, infuriatingly, he'd guessed right anyway. The other two in the car had no idea about his relationship with Seren.
