After the automated voicemail prompt, I put my phone down and abandoned the idea of calling a second time.

Whatever, it wasn't worth the headache. No matter when that transfer agreement was signed, or how the property deed was processed behind my back, all I had to do was show up at the property bureau tomorrow morning as promised and reverse the transfer. Returning all of this to the Sterlings meant I would finally have my peace.
