My Billionaire’s Husband Novel - Chapter 177

The production team of Autumn's Whispering Fan officially announced that Cheryl was hospitalized due to an injury and couldn't continue filming , leading to the replacement of the lead actress . The team even set audition times , and the news spread quickly among major entertainment companies . Yvonne , having lost the secondary female role , suddenly got a chance to audition for the lead . Even Evelyn appeared , aiming for the role that would guarantee half a year's worth of attention . On the day of the audition , Evelyn's performance impressed both the director and the producer .

The character , Belle , a demonic enchantress , suited Evelyn's stunning and seductive beauty perfectly . Previously , Evelyn had also ranked high in an online poll for the role . After a compelling acting display , Evelyn skillfully navigated a social gathering with the producer , known in the industry for his lecherous reputation , securing the role of Belle on the spot . The next day , the internet was abuzz with the news of Yvonne joining Autumn's Whispering Fan . Aurora was shocked .

With the lead role Belle going to Evelyn and the secondary role Thalassa to Soraya , what role would Yvonne play ? The official announcement of Yvonne's casting soon followed , revealing her character as Elara , Gavin's senior and a long - time admirer of Belle's senior , Cassian . Despite saving Cassian and Belle from dangers and her deep feelings for Cassian , Elara , due to the conflict between good and evil , chooses to lead her sect in solitude . Elara's character , sacrificing personal desires for greater good and devoid of cunning , was immensely likable .

However , in the original story , Elara had a minor role with no romantic storyline with Cassian . Yvonne's involvement essentially elevated Elara to a co - lead with Belle . Before Aurora could digest this news , it was announced that Yvonne had terminated her contract with Harmony Entertainment and signed with Evelyn Media , despite her ongoing contract with Harmony and the resulting substantial breach - of - contract fee . Yvonne's chaotic personal life , previously leaked by Evelyn , had always been a blemish on her career .

Harmony had shifted their focus away from Yvonne , giving the secondary role to Soraya . Now , Yvonne and Evelyn seemed to have reconciled . One shocking revelation followed another , leaving Aurora overwhelmed . In the entertainment world , sworn enemies one moment could become friends the next . Aurora , browsing these tumultuous updates , saw Evelyn return to fetch something , accompanied by Yvonne . Evelyn playfully teased , " Oh , my dear sister , not busy with the shoot today ? " Yvonne jokingly pushed Evelyn , reminding , " Evelyn , you forgot Cheryl's absence from the set .
